Selling Charlotte luxury homes in record time and for top dollar!Every Charlotte real estate agent offers a “Free CMA” (Comparative Market Analysis) but, we all know that is just to ‘hook’ you into giving out your contact information!  (Just kidding but, I know that is what homeowners think!)  Our CMA (market analysis) is a bit more detailed, as we don’t just look you up in the tax records and go by information there that is known to be flawed.  That information does not include things such as any improvements that you have made, room additions, hardscaping (of your backyard) or even simple upgrades which could be valuable information needed to formulate an accurate market analysis for you.  We will also present a marketing plan to you, detailed specifically for your Charlotte area home.

Don’t worry, you’re not required to make an appointment but, it is beneficial to discuss several very important factors in selling your home:

  • Staging
  • De-cluttering
  • Inspection and repairs
  • Showings
  • Legal documents required
  • Appraisals
  • How your home will be marketed
  • What’s selling; what’s not; who is your competition?
  • Pricing and, of course, your net
