Who are we?
We are a boutique brokerage, under the umbrella of the world’s largest real estate company and we cover the entire Charlotte Metro area. Our years of knowledge and experience is readily shared with our agents. Our company has grown slowly and meticulously, which is more than we can say for many franchises!
We have the most hip, most sophisticated office space around. Located in the heart of one of Charlotte’s most popular historic communities, we’re situated in prime territory for those visiting the area. Our office and staff provide everything that you need to successfully run your business. If we don’t have it, just ask! We work tirelessly to provide every bit of technology needed for our agents to be successful. The great thing about being boutique is that we can implement the shiny new technology and quickly determine if the trial is worth becoming a standard in our practice.
We love technology. Speaking of technology, our agents love technology almost as much as we do! We often teach technology in company classes or individually, whatever your needs may be. If you’re an active agent in the area, we don’t need to tell you that we’re the most tech-savvy brokerage in the area.
Or marketing department rocks! Again, if you’re an agent who works in the area, you know that no one can compete with our brochures or online marketing branding and design (or effectiveness for that matter). We pride ourselves in staying on the cutting edge of technology as well as our marketing standards.
On being boutique. We take pride in the fact that we offer our clients the best in customer service that is available to them. We don’t ‘round-robin’ our prospects, rather we assign them to the best agent suited for them, taking into consideration their lifestyle needs and their neighborhood preferences. While other companies charge exorbitant fees to ‘refer out’ these prospects, we don’t charge a dime for referrals! We want our agents to be successful and when given a client who is new to the area, we want them to give them the ‘royal’ treatment and not have to worry about being gouged by the brokerage at the end of the transaction.
We enjoy what we do. Yes, we are proud of the skills, experience and professionalism that our agents possess. But, hey, we do have fun in both life and work.
