Charlotte | All Signs Point to This Beautiful North Carolina City

Charlotte, America's Best Relocation CityNestled in the Piedmont region of North Carolina, Charlotte offers a wonderful blend: economic vitality, opportunity and culture, characteristics of an emerging city. The region is sonorous with history, culture and tradition—yet hip, young, exuberant and constantly-changing.

Charlotte embraces its newcomers with traditional Southern hospitality!

There are SO many things to do and discover in the Queen City.  You’ll discover that the Charlotte region is a fabulous place to live, work, play and learn.

Our tremendous growth is reflected in the housing market, which has remained fairly constant, with little consideration of the national market.  Charlotte offers a vast array of homes, both resales and new construction, giving homebuyers a selection that is sure to please even the most discriminating taste.  From cozy bungalows in the heart of historic Charlotte or ranches in Cotswold to Georgians in Eastover or European design in Stonecroft, to craftsman-style in Dilworth and Elizabeth or traditional in SouthPark, to classy upscale in Myers Park or metropolitan condos/townhomes in Charlotte’s vibrant Uptown, Charlotte’s got it all.

In Charlotte, variety IS the spice of life!  Choose from Uptown to in-town  to suburban neighborhoods, old and new alike, the Charlotte Metro Region has it all!  New construction abounds here in the region with a variety of new neighborhoods and Uptown condo complexes in the making.  Current trends in the national housing market have peppered focus on Charlotte with our increasing market’s demand for Uptown living.  Charlotte offers housing at every economic level, every price range for every home style taste imaginable, old and new alike.

Since the late 90’s, Charlotte’s ever-increasing demand for condos has boosted sales by 100%.  Economic supply and demand has brought many condo/townhome owners unimaginable profits on their investments as well as higher prices for home buyers.  Don’t despair though, good bargains ARE available!

Come visit the Queen City!  We’re certain that we’ve got something here for everyone.

Buyer’s:  NOW is the time to buy–mortgage rates are at historic lows and Charlotte home prices are certainly affordable!
