The Peninsula is an exclusive Lake Norman waterfront golf and lake community surrounded by the town of Cornelius, NC. The Peninsula, located just 20 (non-rush hour) minutes North of Uptown Charlotte, just off I-77’s exit 28. The Peninsula features 11 miles of Lake Norman waterfront with high-end custom homes surrounding two private clubs – The Peninsula Club and The Peninsula Yacht Club

Nearby Jetton Park and Lake Norman State Park feature extensive walking trails, picnic areas, camping, boat rentals and boat slips. The Peninsula features some of the best golfing, boating and deep water coves on all of Lake Norman.
