Born in Heidelberg, Germany and raised in the small eastern North Carolina town of Anderson Creek, Amanda Clark learned the value of hard work early—whether it was wrangling a stubborn horse on her family farm or working for a local tobacco farmer. She moved to Charlotte in 1987 and quickly fell in love with the charm of the city’s historic neighborhoods. Amanda has spent most of her time living in Dilworth, where she still resides today. After starting her career in the insurance industry, she found her true calling in real estate and earned her North Carolina license in 1996. Since then, she has guided hundreds of clients through their real estate journeys, with hundreds of successful sales throughout her career.
Amanda has worked extensively with local investors and especially enjoys helping buyers—particularly those who value a thoughtful, thorough, and informed approach. Known for being analytical and detail-oriented, she is deeply committed to protecting her clients’ best interests at every step. She is also a strong advocate for continued education and regularly attends industry-leading training events, including the CRS conference, where she once completed 27 hours of live classes in just three days. One of Amanda’s proudest accomplishments was acting as a whistleblower in the North Carolina v. MV Realty case. After discovering a predatory scam targeting homeowners, she conducted in-depth research across all 100 counties in the state and worked closely with investigative reporters and regulatory agencies—efforts that helped lead to the company being banned in North Carolina and several other states.
Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and watching sports—especially college basketball. She finds a sense of connection and energy in those moments, much like what she experiences when helping clients achieve their goals.
