We recently purchased a house where my husband and I will live with my father who is wheelchair bound. Needless to say, finding the perfect home was no small task. Scott and Debe were just amazing at helping us through this big decision. They were patient and continuously offered helpful suggestions. Whenever my husband and I wanted to see more houses, Scott was immediately available. He was so responsive and really took the time to understand what we needed and wanted in a home. Once we finally found the “perfect” house, Debe helped us get an offer in right away and helped us with all the negotiations.
They were both always ready for any of our questions. We were going to need to make some renovations to the house for my Father and were apprehensive during the purchasing process. We wanted to make sure the renovations were feasible and realistic. Debe was so great and brought in a contractor (who she found for us!) to go over the potential changes and give us an estimated cost. I am very nervous person by nature, so the task of finding the right home for my Father, husband and soon to be growing family was especially nerve racking. However, Debe and Scott were so calm, cool and collected that they eased my concerns, always impressing me with their patience. They are truly an awesome team and I would recommend them to anyone.
By the end, we felt like they were our good friends. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make and these are the people you want by your side to help you make that decision. Amazing team, we highly recommend!
