Myers Park is known as the destination neighborhood for the affluent and remains one of the most beautiful areas in the city.  The massive oak trees line the streets, enveloping passersby and residents in pure luxury, stately homes and gorgeous architectural history. Take a tour of Charlotte’s most sought-after street, Queens Road and several of the Queen City’s original mansions, including the Duke Mansion.

The Myers Park real estate market report for October, 2011 is showing a positive turn in the amount of sales but, with sales prices stabilizing at this date.  Sellers are noticing fewer days on the market and list to sales prices of approximately 92%.  There are buyers out there and if the price is right, the homes sell in Myers Park!  Here are the most recent stats:
