During the past year, I have been contemplating opening my own real estate brokerage. Despite the economy, our team has had wonderful success and we thought we’d like to take our knowledge, passion for the business and local expertise to a new level by expanding our business model. During the process, I spoke with a few owners of brokerages who opened shop in the last 5 years or so. All of them, based upon my sales data per person and firm, were doing fairly well in this market. One, in particular, is The Maxwell House Group. Real Estate.

Rather than re-inventing the wheel, I am thrilled to announce that I have decided to join their firm in partnership. Lexie Longstreet and Shonn Ross of Savvy value and share the same customer service philosophy, technology understanding, as well as business strategies which my team and I do.
