CMS Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Superintendent Proposes Extensive Rezoning April, 2017 CMS superintendent, Ann Clark, proposed a revised round of changes Tuesday, to include 75 of Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s 170 schools.
