Construction of your luxury home in Atherton Estates will take approximately 8 to10 months. Release of the neighborhood lots and full-marketing is expected to begin within the next few weeks. Unlike most builders, Shea is known for including popular upgrades in their individual floorplan pricing. Of course, there are great options and upgrades but, many of the typical upgrades are already included in the price of your new home.
