How’s the real estate market in the Skyecroft community?

Skyecroft, one of South Charlotte’s most popular gated community, continues showing a moderate increase in sales price and considerably fewer number of days on the market.

Closed sales in the Skyecroft neighborhood are down approximately 60% year-over-year with 8 homes and lots sold in 2014. The good news is the average price per square foot has risen to $174 and the days-on-the-market have fallen to 118, a 48% year-over-year reduction.
