Sold by the Springs to developers Gene Harrington & Ken Dowd (also developers of other upscale neighborhoods such as Berkley & Highgate), Providence Springs was then masterfully designed into a lovely, sanctuary-style neighborhood. Harrington and Dowd built regal custom homes on winding streets with flat lots, surrounded by mature evergreen trees.
