I’m not one who spends a lot of time at our local craft breweries but, I do know a good brewery when I experience one! We recently hosted a client appreciation event at one that we had heard wonderful things about – and the team had given me a big thumbs-up on – Sycamore Brewing. Their tagline “Drink Carolina Proud” is demonstrated consistently in its award-winning, easy-drinking, locally-brewed craft beer. This family-owned brewery is rooted right here in Charlotte, North Carolina.
We rented the space and had, not only craft beer that exceeded our expectations but, impeccable service. I have to say that my favorite was the Strawberry Basil Cider – perfect for a cool winter evening. The food service for the event was Papi Queso Food Truck – among one of the most popular in the city and boy, did she ever exceed expectations as well!
At Sycamore Brewing, the beer is fresh, made with top-notch ingredients – exactly as they set out to brew – “beers that bring people together and drink easy from the first sip to the last.” So, if you like exceptionally fresh, tasty craft beer, we encourage you to gather a few friends and enjoy a brew at Sycamore!
What else do we love about Sycamore? They are pet-friendly! Many of our clients brought their fur babies to the event – how wonderful was it to see them interacting with everyone!
