What Schools Are My Children Going To Be Assigned To In The Willowmere Community in Charlotte NC?

Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System boasts many award-winning schools from which you may choose for your children.  The schools that feed the Willowmere community in South Charlotte NC are among those highly sought-after schools.  Bear in mind that the school assignments are subject to change as the school system does, on occasion, re-district when a new school is built or if one suddenly becomes over-crowded by the addition of new construction in the area.

Currently, new construction is not reflective of the sheer volume in numbers that it once was so, there is little re-assigning going on in 2011 due to this.  There are also other options available for magnet programs within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System with schools that focus on the IB program, English, Communication, Math and the Arts, among others.  If your child has a special talent, we recommend contacting CMS for more information with regards to your child’s talent and the schools that focus on that talent.
