What a way to end 2011! The Maxwell House Group has had an absolutely STELLAR year! Our agents are happily selling real estate and the books are beginning to fill for January as well!
An amazing transition to become a partner with the most progressive real estate brokerage in the area (and probably the state!) has been such a rewarding experience for me this year. I’m thankful to the welcoming agents, staff and partners, Lexie & Shonn, who have been unbelievable!
We took technology to new levels and found much success in our endeavors. Staying abreast of the changes has meant the difference for us–we have ambitious agents who work full-time in the business, staying atop of the changes and embracing them at every turn.

Sellers are seeing results–in fact, I Closed with a seller today who said that she almost feels guilty–her home was one of the last homes in her community to go on the market and had two Offers as well as a couple of other buyers hoping that we wouldn’t Close so that they could purchase it! All the while, her neighbors had not had even a single Offer! Seller tip: If you stage it properly and price it right, it WILL sell! Speaking of buyers–our buyers are always ‘happy’ buyers!
