What’s the Charlotte NC real estate market doing this week?
Now that the NCAA tournament is over, it’s time for the spring real estate market! With Easter and Passover upon us, anyone for a little Charlotte house hunting this weekend? As the Charlotte real estate market continues the recovery process, we’re seeing more and more homes moving. Low-end to high-end and everything in between is selling! We had a $1M property listed for 12 days, had 9 showings and could have sold that home 5 times! We had a delightful bungalow that went on the market and sold the minute we put the sign in the yard! Last week, I listed one on Thursday and had several Offers by Sunday! If that doesn’t show that consumer confidence is up and that we’re in a recovery, I don’t know what does!
You may want to consider discussing your favorite Charlotte homes for sale during the commercial breaks because that perfect home for you may just me someone elses ‘pick too!’ The Charlotte real estate market has been BOOMING for buyers and sellers this week with relocation clients finding themselves in multiple Offer situations or simply missing out on properties that have gone under Contract before they can even head out to view them!
