The Providence Springs real estate market is faring well in this ever-changing market! However, with new listings in the community down during the past year, buyers are finding that if they want to purchase in this popular Charlotte community, they need to react quickly. New listings are down nearly 27% year-over-year.

Even though new listings are down, more of the homes that are listed are going under Contract! Great news for Providence Springs home sellers – price it right and it WILL sell!

Days on the market are down significantly year-over-year to the tune of just over 18%. Again, a sigh of relief for Providence Springs home sellers who watched some of their neighbors struggle with longevity on the market during 2008 – 2012.
