Currently there are 3,432 single family homes for sale in the city of Charlotte- In the past WEEK, 365 single family homes went under Contract!
- 161 single family homes Closed during the past 7 days
- There are currently 1,145 condos and townhomes for sale in the city of Charlotte
- 80 Charlotte condos and townhomes went into Escrow during the past WEEK
- During the past 7 days, 44 Charlotte condos and townhomes Closed!
This is GREAT news for Charlotte home sellers but, also a message to Charlotte home buyers that if you see something you like, you need to make a MOVE TODAY!
