It never really comes as a surprise to me to find an article boasting the fabulous qualities of the Queen City. Charlotte is just one of those rare metropolitan cities that does it right! Our unemployment is down, businesses continue moving their headquarters to our fine city and real estate is recovering nicely because of the transient nature of such a hefty portion of our population.
