With 483 homes for sale in the Charlotte/Matthews luxury home market, and 32 Closed sales in January, the luxury market in these areas show a 15 month supply–a buyers market! Average days on the market for homes Closed in January were 172 and the homes that are now in Escrow were on the market for 132 days–a 40-day reduction for our luxury home sellers in Charlotte and Matthews!
