This is 19.9% less than the inventory that we had last year which was already a very tight market.
47,353 homes (single family, condos/townhomes, lots) were sold in the city of Charlotte in 2017, further reducing our inventory significantly. Because of the greatly reduced supply, many buyers are simply not finding what they’re looking for within the current available inventory!
