There are currently only 3,908 properties listed as active in Charlotte. A robust report for Charlotte home sellers as we are now in a hot, sellers’ market. Lucky Charlotte home buyers who have been trying for the last couple of months to find and purchase their dream home are also happy to be under Contract or having Closed this week!
