The Charlotte NC real estate market continues to be reflective of a strong recovery process! With atypical winter season warm weather, buyers were out in droves last week! Prices continue to rise as do our bidding wars! Our inventory remains quite low as we move into the spring selling season.

The following are the totals for the Charlotte real estate market…
Pending home sale in Charlotte (Charlotte Proper only), have increased by 13.3%. There are 324 homes that were entered into Escrow during the past 7 days. Average price per square foot has gone up 13.7% to $107. Charlotte average sales prices rose a whopping 10.8% to $235,295.
There is currently a 3.8 month supply of homes (condos, townhomes, single family homes and lots) are currently for sale in the Charlotte (city) market, down 36.8% from last year. Charlotte proper had 178 Closed home sales last week, up 25% year-over-year.
There are currently only 3,836 properties for sale (active) in the city of Charlotte! 398 new single family, condo/townhomes and lots were listed during the past 7 days.
