The Elizabeth community (below) shows a 92-94% list-to-sales price ratio with just over a year (true 3-month statistic) of supply on the market. The Dilworth real estate market absorption trend shows a 93-95% list-to-sales price ratio and currently 21 homes on the market and a nearly neutral 7-month supply on the market.
