Charlotte Company Plans to Expand Call Center, Create 1,600 Jobs According to the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Convergys is planning to fill 1,600 new positions at its two call centers in Charlotte NC. The average full-time pay will be in the $21,000/year range and include benefits. Most of the positions available are entry-level customer-support positions who will be managing calls for large Fortune 500 companies.
