South End Room With A View

  • Average list price for May’s sales was $886,465.
  • Average sales price, $864,955
  • 98% list-to-sales-price ratio.
  • Average heated square feet was 3,665 and sold at $239.17/square foot.

1. Myers Park (54)

You’ll find some of the city’s grandest homes are framed by a canopy of massive, old willow oaks. Myers Park Charlotte NC emerged from a large cotton farm in 1911 and has become historic Charlotte’s ‘centerpiece.’  An absolutely beautiful community with a fantastic location.
