3.  Is this the right time to sell?

Your Realtor® should have his/her finger on the pulse of the current market specific to YOUR area.  Your Charlotte real estate agent will be able to tell you whether this is the right time to sell or if you should wait.

4.  What are the most common problems facing Charlotte home sellers and how do you handle them?

An experienced agent will be able to discuss with you what to expect throughout the process, as well as any problems that may arise.  Most importantly, your agent should know how to avoid as many potential problems as possible.  Those who actively sell have a distinct advantage here because as the market changes, so do the problems that arise as well as the strategies to avoid them!

  1. These are all great questions to ask a seller, But the one question that always gets them going is why. I think it’s a great move up market, and not a great downsizing market, but that all depends on how much and why. I have some clients who need to eliminate the stairs. For them it need to happen asap.
